Thanks to the generosity of many people, we have fulfilled the NEH Challenge and have established a $2 million endowment to support the Capps Center. We would like to acknowledge our three lead donors who helped to make this possible: Lillian and Jon Lovelace, Barbara and Steven Mendell, and Henry A. Schimberg.

However, there continue to be significant needs and opportunities for individuals to join with us in realizing the vision of the Capps Center. Some gift plans feature current tax benefits, income to you, and other welcome advantages for you and UC Santa Barbara. Gifts to the Capps Center can be made outright, or though planned giving vehicles such as charitable unitrusts, charitable lead trusts, gift annuities, bequests, or other vehicles.
